Our Bubbles & Bars experience is a virtual experience and is facilitated by our expert Chocolate Tier at a once off cost of R1600. The virtual experience box costs R500.

Just imagine the combination of Method Cap Classique and hand-crafted Chocolate!  Join us – The Chocolate Tier – for a fun hour of indulging your taste buds by learning how to differentiate between the decadent and delightful taste of different Chocolates and bubbles.

Savour the experience from Africa, Europe, and Asia. You will be treated to an informal but educational chat about the origins and make up of Chocolate. We will finish the tale with a pairing of bubbles and Chocolate.

There are no rules with this pairing – some people love it and some don’t. In the end, tasting any type of sparkling wine with chocolate will be an interesting and enjoyable experience, so go ahead and choose your favourites and see what you like.
