Participants taste raw cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, a mini milk chocolate slab, a mini dark chocolate slab and a hand-rolled chocolate truffle. This guided format ensures guests understand not only flavour, but structure, texture and balance, establishing a strong foundation before moving to wine.

The second half of the experience focuses on sparkling wine.
