Our wine blending experience can be hosted at your corporate office, hotel, conference venue or private location in Johannesburg and throughout South Africa. Once your date and venue are confirmed, we manage the logistics and presentation to ensure a seamless corporate event.

To host your corporate wine blending experience in Johannesburg, you will need:

Tables and chairs arranged for team-based seating

Jugs of water for each table

Two hours of uninterrupted engagement

Teams ready to collaborate

We manage everything else.

Our Cape Wine Master or Certified Sommilier begins by introducing the three wine varietals, explaining structure, flavour profile and blending potential.

Teams then begin blending their own wines, measuring precise quantities of each varietal into a blending cylinder. Every combination is recorded to create a formal “recipe” for their final wine.

Once teams agree on their preferred blend, they evaluate aroma, balance, structure and finish before submitting their final creation.

Brand Creation & Presentation

Each team then develops:

A wine brand name

A positioning concept

A custom label

Teams bottle their final blend into a 750ml bottle, cork and seal it, and apply their own label.

One representative from each group presents their brand concept and wine to the room. The top wine blend is selected and awarded with a gift.
